The culinary offerings from the dinner menu raw bar showcase the freshest catches, with East Coast Oysters ($29) that burst with oceanic freshness and the delicate sweetness of Jumbo Gulf Shrimp ($3 each). The true showstopper, however, is the Peak Plateau, a lavish combination perfect for sharing, featuring East Coast Oysters, Gulf Shrimp, Alaskan King Crab Leg, and Chilled Maine Lobster ($151), each morsel embodying the opulence and quality expected from a premier dining destination.
The sides stand out with inventive twists that excite the taste buds: Hen of the Woods mushrooms sautéed with shallots and herbs satisfy even the most discerning vegetarian palates, while the Creamy Farro with mushrooms and Parmesan ($16) offers hearty comfort balanced by silky textures. The Crispy Brussels Sprouts, enhanced by pancetta, maple syrup, and lemon ($16), have earned raves for their perfect harmony of savory, sweet, and zesty notes, delivering a satisfying crunch and depth of flavor that feels both indulgent and refined.

I went to the restaurant last year for my birthday and the food was top tear. It was clean, refreshing and was extremely quality. I was not only impressed by the view but I was impressed by the food. It was clean, refreshing I was extremely quality and top tier. The Brussels sprouts were out of this world not pictured but it had I believe pork rinds that were fried to where they were crispy and those peaks of flavor that came through. Man oh man! The complimentry hors d'oeuvre...a blessing! The food was so grand I had to speak to the Chef!

I had a wonderful experience at Peak with Priceless during lunch. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. Since I was celebrating my birthday, they kindly congratulated me and surprised me with a lovely compliment, which made the day feel even more special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. Having lunch with such an incredible panorama over New York made the experience truly unforgettable. Thank you for such a memorable visit — I would love to come back again.

Peak delivers exactly what you hope for when dining high above the city: a genuinely exceptional view paired with a polished, contemporary dining room. The space offers ample table seating along with a full bar set at the center of the room, allowing the skyline to remain the star no matter where you sit. The decor is clean, modern, and refreshingly not stuffy. Arrival sets a strong tone, with smooth check-in and welcoming hosting that immediately elevates expectations. Service throughout the meal is solid and professional, though it doesn’t quite sustain the same level of attentiveness established at the start, especially given the premium setting. Fortunately, the food carries its weight. The self-described New American menu is thoughtfully composed and broadly appealing, offering something for a wide range of tastes from elevated seafood dishes to a honest-to-goodness burger and fries, all without feeling diluted. Dishes are attractively plated, with flavors that feel bright, current, and familiar in the best way. Peak offers both prix fixe and à la carte menus for lunch and dinner, along with raw bar add-on options that add flexibility to the experience. It’s a restaurant that successfully balances spectacle and substance, making it a strong choice whether you’re visiting for the view, the food, or both, especially on a beautiful clear day/evening.

This is a difficult review to write as this restaurant is no doubt beautiful and the view even more so. Dining just before sunset is perfect as you can catch the skyline in all lights. Unfortunately there are a few things that need mentioning, especially as paid well over $200pp (set window menu) and were expecting top notch food and service. To start with, when querying about the wine list, the sommelier came to assist us. He kept trying to push the most expensive wines and wouldn’t consider our budget when repeatedly asked. When we picked a cheaper wine, it was conveniently out of stock. When the (red) wine arrived, it was cold and when questioned on it, the sommelier said it just needed time to ‘warm up’. We also found some things wildly overpriced - no matter the setting, chips should not be $30! They also kindly brought out a birthday cake as we were celebrating a birthday, which we assumed was free as we had not asked for it, but then charged us for it on the receipt and only took it off when questioned. Overall, the view is stunning and most members of staff are lovely and very accommodating. However, it felt as if we were being squeezed for as much money as possible throughout and some of the food/drink didn’t live up to the standard expected given the price.

This place was absolutely beautiful. We stopped by for some drinks and the service was amazing! The drinks were incredible. I got the cosmo colada which tasted just like the name, it was very smooth with a nice cranberry coconut flavor. Additionally, I got the crimson trail which had a very pleasant balance of sweet and tart. The views were incredible. You gain access to the edge if you spend $60+ per customer. Make sure the weather is good otherwise they will close it off. Unfortunately, it was rainy the day we went so we were unable to go outside.

Celebrated my birthday at Peak by Priceless and it was an unforgettable experience. The space is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere feels elevated and vibrant, and the service truly made the night. Alfonso was an amazing waiter and brought such a thoughtful, personal touch that made the celebration feel extra special. The rest of the staff was equally warm and welcoming. The food was amazing, and everything came together beautifully from start to finish. Would absolutely return for another celebration.

High end restaurant with beautiful and delicious dishes. Food is intentionally and delicately made. I reserved the window table which is hard to book because it others book it quickly. If you want to reserve window table they have a prefixed menu of $145 that is required with it. So if you want access to the entire menu, then window table may not be the option you want. The restaurant is right next to the entrance of The Edge, which you will have free access to after dinner if you spend at least $60 at the restaurant. It’s pricey, but rightfully so, beautiful service as well.

The overall experience was incredible. They greeted us at the hostess stand with a Happy Anniversary and that flowed throughout the service with most of the staff. The views were beautiful all around, and going to the Edge prior allowed us to see all angles. The food was delicious (we did the Prix Fixe window seating). The scallops, porterhouse, and dark chocolate soufflé were delectable. The drinks were solid, though I definitely liked my second one more (Cosmo Colada tastes a bit like Fruity Pebbles). I will say there was no soap in the bathroom when I went, but fortunately I carry a hand sanitizer at all times. It was quite the experience, and I’d definitely return!
